Locate Lost Outlook Installation

MS Outlook 2003 Has disappeared on my computer. I'm unable to be able to
locate my file. All my business contacts, emails, schedules past client data
has been lost.
Please give any suggestions to retreiving it.
 
Is it still installed? Does it show in Control Panel-> Add/Remove Programs?
