LocalizableAttribute

Can anyone point me to a link to information on exactly what this attribute
does and when to use and when not to? The info in HELP is not very
descriptive as to how it's used and why.

Thanks for link. I guess I don't know enough about VB.Net to really
understand what the LocaizableAttribute is really used for. I don't
understand what "localized" really means.
