when i am trying to open my d: partition on my hard drive while double
clicking, it shows an error that "cannot find 'copy.exe' try to search by
clicking start and then search then specify another name" but when i am
trying to open by right clicking then open, it's working normally. also
another partition c: is working normally without any interruption.

Try going to run,type:diskmgmt.msc See what disks are up & running...

You said it yourself... 'by default'...

Not everything has to be 'by default' or the term wouldn't be needed.
