Local Settings folder is missing

I re-installed Windows XP recently and just made a backup for my Outlook
Address book. I saw the backup was stored in the 'Documents and Settings'
folder. When I went to locate it, I noticed that the 'Local Settings'
sub-folder in the 'Documents and Settings' folder is missing (so I don't have
a clue where my backup is located). Is there a way to recover the 'Local
Settings' folder and it's sub-folders? Thanks for any help.

Info please ...

Clean Reinstall or not...

I think you backed up the address book to the drive where your windows is installed,
if you did a clean reinstall then no way...

There is no Local settings folder in Documents and settings, it is found in Documents
and settings\<username>\

Hello Ayush and thanks for the reply. Regarding the Local settings folder, I
was trying to say that 'Local Settings' does not follow, "\<username>\", in
my Documents and Settings folder. In other words, my 'username' does not
include the folder, 'Local Settings'. Thanks again.
