hello,

to publish there are ? in front of every htm page on both local and remote
views and then it says "conflict" after every htm page/file. so what to do?
publish, not publish? the help is not helpful in this matter.

thanks for the tips, I did a full re-publish of the whole site, and now when
I try to publish again, ALL the question marks and "conflict" signs are STILL
there.
any other suggestions?

I read a post by FP writer Jim Buyens somwehre else on this topic and he
also said publish the whole site. sorry, the tip does not have the desired
effect :(

PS - the site does look good and everything works.

Not sure how you are Publishing, but that web does not appear to have the FP extensions installed on it.

i use the ftp thing, not the one that has something to do with fp
extensions. have not done anything different I do not usually
do..........just change the site, publish, no probelmo............until now.
I did copy the files to a cd, then transfer to the new hard drive, if that
makes any kind of difference.

Did you remove the read only attributes after you copied the files from the CD to the new HD?

I checked the files thru windows explorer and all the htm and image files,
