Local policy vs GPO ..im having problems

Are you trying to type MMC at the command prompt? On a
client you can go to Control Panel|Administrative
Tools|Local Securit Policy
From here you can change local policies.

If I am mistaken and you have tried this I am sorry for
wasting your time.

Hey u know what i did,i search for *.msc and it let me
open it from there wierd huh!!!!
