I changed the computer name. Now when I log on, I get the
message "The local policy of this computer dose not let
you log on interactivly". I cannot log on using the
administrator, old users, or the new one that I set up.
All give me the same message. What can I do????

If this is a domain computer you can use domain/OU policy to override local policy.
Otherwise see the link below about using ntrights or trying to replace the
secedit.sdb file. By the way, that should not happen from just renaming a computer
unless it involved moving it from a domain to a workgroup which even then would be
unusual. --- Steve

If your computer is in domain, your domain admin may have restricted your
ability to log on locally to just one (or several) computer(s). Ask the
admin person to check your account.
