Local HTM Files

When I attempt to open a local HTM file I get a
warning/error window with "Cannot find the file <file
path> (or one of its components)" with <file path> being
the full path on my drive. Then it goes ahead and opes it
anyway correctly. Now if IE6 is open also but minimized
then the opening of the HTM file occurs without this
warning. Any ideas?
