I am reposting a problem that was posted yesterday and of
which I also have the same problem. Hope someone can
help.
If I double-click on a local .HTM or .HTML file (or a
short-cut) to open it in IE it first brings up the
following error message:
Title Bar: (shows the path to the local .HTM or .HTML
file)
Body Text: "Cannot find the file 'C:\My File Example.htm'
(or one of its components). Make sure the path and
filename are correct and that all required libraries are
available."
.....then it brings up the file in IE with no further
problems. The files are there and the paths are correct.
I can then click on any links and browse as normal.
Windows 2000
IE 6.0.2800.1106
