Does anybody know how I can export a local group policy from a W2k
member server so that it can be applied to another W2K member server

Hello Simon.

You can use the information in the following article to save the current
settings to a security template for use by another system:
313434 HOW TO: Define Security Templates in the Security Templates Snap-in
in
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=313434

You can then apply it with the Security Configuration and Analysis tool or
secedit.exe.
