Local file & Script Security

My homepage is a local-file (ie. homepage.html) with some Javascript in it.

Everytime I load IE, the "Information Bar" drops down and warns me of the
dangers of "script and ActiveX" controls.

I can't seem to set the security settings to allow my homepage. I can't add
it to the "trusted sites".

What can I do so that my homepage loads quickly without the Information Bar
warning me about script security?

Ah, I found the answer in another post.

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security > Allow active content to run
in files on my computer.
