Local Area Connection Status looks weird.

Hi.

When opening the status window of my Local Area Connection it looks weird.
It's like the frames for "Connection" and "Activity" are too large for the
window, so the icon with the Sent/Received Packets are in the lower right
corner.
The Properties button are not even visible.
The support tab is also missing.

Everything works just fine. Is's just the window that's messed up.
I have this on 2 seperate pc's. One IBM T42 laptop and a DELL desktop pc.

Can anyone explain what is going on, and how to fix it?

Thanks.

Never mind.
I found that it was a security issue. I also noticed that I wasn't allowed
to open the properties for the connection, which I thought was very strange
since I'm the admin of both these pc's.
I searched a bit on that, and found it to be a DCOM issue.
1 pc is on a domain and the other is just in a workgroup. I had previously
set default impersonation level to anonymous on both pc in order to get an
OPC server running. When changed back to Identity it worked. The status
window got back to it's original size and I could see everything and access
the properties.
