Local Account Policy Registry Keys

Does anyone know what the registry key is for the Local
Account Policy settings? I know this can be set via GPO,
MMC, or importing and .inf file. But I need to know where
these values are set within the registry.

Mostly in the SAM (Security Accounts Manager) database. which is both
restricted and encrypted. You will need to use authenticated user-
interfaces like GPO/NET.exe/ntrights.exe/APIs ... to interact.
