If I need to EXPORT the Registry Entries for "Local Policies" found in
"Local Security Settings," WHERE are they?

Need to export ALL the "Local Policies" entries.

You will have to export the security settings via the Local Security
Policy snap-in, or you can use the Secedit tool but you might need to
apply a hotfix for the Secedit tool to work properly.

The Secedit.exe command-line utility does not export a security template
for local security policy in Windows XP

I am not asking about the Export function in Local Security Settings
nor via Secedit.exe

I need to export "Local Security" settings to a Registry
(filename.REG) file, that I can use to duplicate these settings on
other system without manually setting them.

Many of the settings in the Local Security policy are not held in
registry keys, use the Secedit tool to export and import them to other
machines.

You're welcome.

John,

Forgot. One has to wonder why someone has not come up with a
utility/tool to better manage Local Security Settings, better than the
plug-in or command-line Secedit tool. Something akin to TweakUI.

TweakUI... you gotta be kidding? What's wrong with the Secpol.msc snap-in?

Like; no *Import* option, no Export/Import from "Local Policies" that
would contain contents of sub-tree, not even the ability to use [Ctrl]
or [Shift] to select multiple items....
