Loading XP Window

Does anyone know how can I Maximize the Loading XP Window? This screen is
one that appea the Windows Logo, the Microsoft logo on the bottom right and
a bar down the logo show the progress of the loading.

I think it's too difficult, but not impossible.
You can change and edit(!!!) the boot logo with some
clever program, for example.:
