Loading Windows XP Professional start-up errors

I tried to install Windows XP Professional and get the
following error on start-up. ***Stop 0x0000007B
(0XF9E8563C, 0XC0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000). I did
the virus check and check disk that it recommended still
no help. Any ideas? Thanks
