loading window xp

I loaded window xp. I had window me so I just put in
window sp update. Now my e-mail outlook is installed
improperly. I can see e-mails but cant open them up and
I lost all my addresses and I can't reply or send e-mails.

also I keep getting windows shut down because remote
procedure call rpc service terminated unexpectedly system
shut down. I don't know how to fix this.

can anyone please help

RPC service problem is cause by the MS.Blaster worm.
Please use the Blaster removal tool on your system, turn
on the firewall and run Windows Update to install all the
latest security patches.
