Loading software to one account.

There are 3 accts on my machine, I am the only
administrator. How do I load software to my account only?
 
When logged on as the Administrator, Usually and I mean usually, you are
prompted if you would like to make this program available to others. Here
you would say no. Other wise just make sure any reference or link is in your
account and not All Users, Default User or their accounts.

You could turn off simple file sharing and then allow or deny access to
files, folders, or programs, on a per user basis.
