Loading Programs

I am trying to load programs into another user account
but system will not allow program to be loaded unless it
is loaded into the administrator account. How do I load
into a non-admin account?

Any program that gets installed on xp is available for all. You dont need to
install it on each user.
You will have to copy a shortcut to the all users desktop or start menu.
Copy the shortcut from your start menu here:

C:\Documents and Settings\your user name here\Start Menu\Programs

to the all users menu here:

C:\Documents and Settings\all users\Start Menu\Programs

Also keep in mind that some programs will not run unless the account has
admin rights, so even after you copy a shortcut it may not run. You could
try the run as function and run it as admin.
