Loading Outlook '07 Missing CAB file

I am upgrading to Outlook '07 from '03 and get an error message that says "no
source file /YI561403.CAB". Please help. Tried to load program a number of
times and get same message. I will now have to reload '03 due to '07
uninstalling previous version.

figured out my own issue. I had to remove Outlook '03 completely using the
Office '03 disk. SOLVED!
