Loading Office 97 on Windows XP Home

Just got a new Dell with Windows XP home. Will I have any issues loading
Office 97 onto Windows XP Home?
 
You can indeed setup and run Office 97 on XP.
Just keep in mind, after setup, login to Office update site, and get the
last service pack for 97 (service release 2 {SR2} .... IIRC)
You'd have to do some digging on Office Update site.
http://officeupdate.microsoft.com

Search for it manually. I don't think the auto-search feature will find it
..
