Loading internet explorer problems

Just recently I have been having a problem with pages loading o
internet explorer 7.
The pages try to load, but seem to get stuck, the status bar at th
bottom is very slow, and generally the page doesnt load until i clic
refresh, then it seems to be okay.
Is there anyone that has experienced the same thing and able to help m
out.
