Loading error

When i log in to my start-up page, this always appears: 'ERROR loading
c:\PROGRA~ \MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\MWSBA.DLL' .My son played around with the
computer so i have no idea what he did let alone how to fix it. Also when i
try to download certain things or install a program from a disc, this comes
up: 'The system file is not suitable for runningMS-DOS & Microsoft
Windowsapplications c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.' Unfortunately i am a
complete novice in fixing computer related problems so can someone
pleeeeeaaase help me?!!

Hi a_whisper28,

I believe that the MWSBAR.dll file belongs to the spyware app Mywebsearch.
Since you may also have remnants of other malware, I would highly recommend
registering and posting at a forum that is dedicated to malware information
and removal. Here are a few that you could choose from:

Heya,

Ok looks like your kid decided to go an delete stuff he considered he no
longer needed...never a good idea.

To fix the 2nd issue, check out this page -->

To fix your first issue, download a program called Hijackthis (google will
bring up a stack of places to download, Mejin.org I think is the best). Run
that and look for the run entry that lists the c:\program.......mwsba.dll",
check the box and select fix selected.

That'll remove it from the start up registry keys and you'll be back to
being happy camper.
