error loading on startup

When i start my computer i keep getting the following :
Error Loading
c:\Progra~\Myweb~\bar\2.bin\MVSBAR.dll

Does anyone know what this is , is it important, and if not, how do i get
rid of it.

You need a utility to help you spot, and disable this file on startup.
Learning to use Autoruns would do this.

AutoRuns for Windows v8.61:

Hi Mark,
Thnks for answering so promptly. I'm not very good at technical stuff, so
downloaded the AutoRuns as u suggested, but now i notice that they charge for
this service after 40 days, Now i want to uninstall and don't know how. Could
u pls let me also know that when I purchased my Windows XP home edition, was
WINRAR one of the programs installed? I also have no clue was Zip is or what
it is used for.

My email addresses are all bogus. The best way to be spammed to death is to
post on a newsgroup using a real email address.

As far as removing Autoruns, nothing could be more simple. Open the Control
Panel, and use the "Add or remove Applications" app to remove Autoruns.

If you lack the information necessary to fix your system, you should
probably seek local help.
