loading a template into FP2003 that has an swf file?

I downloaded a preset template with flash content that I would like to run on
my site. FP 2003 will not load the file associated with my template. How can
I get my template up and running in FP2003..ty...

You will need Flash or Swish to open and edit the SWF ("hock[W]ave
[F]lash" file)
