LiveWeb in Slide Show

I have a PowerPoint 2007 slideshow operating in XPHome that loops every 5
minutes and uses the "liveweb" addin to provide two of the slides with
active views from a camera on the web. The camera software on the website
requires a username and password for access and requests this information
via a popup window every time the the loop gets to this point. The window
has the ability to save the login info and this works but next time the
slide is reached it asks again even though the name and password are shown
in the popup window I still have to press "enter" to continue the show. The
strange thing is that the requirement to hit "enter" is not required on all
the xp machines we have here. It somehow appears to be related possibly to
website access time and/or the way the slides are organised. If I access the
website being used for the camera slides using Internet Explorer and LogIn
and leave IE running in the background ther is no problem. I only have to
login the first time in PowerPoint.
If anyone has a solution or any suggestions about what may be the problem I
would be most grateful to receive them.
Thank-you
BobG

Thankyou for the reply Steve,
The url used in liveweb is in the format 76.67.7.89:7000 and I could not get
it to work with thee username and password located the way you decribed.
Here is a better decription of what is occurring.

On activation the slideshow asks for the camera site username and password
through a window that saysThe server xx.xx.xx.xx at vsp website requires a
username and password.
Warning! This server is requesting that your username and password be sent
in an unsecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection).
then it shows username and password (because they are saved)
Then there are two boxes "OK" and "Cancel"
Once I click "ok" the slideshow continues to the end without requesting
username and password for any of the 5 following Camera url references in
the show. When the slideshow loops to the beginning the username and
password are requested again but this time for all references to camera site
urls in the show.
Even stranger is that none of these problems occur on the vista machines,
only the XP machines. Is there some way to prevent the XP request for
approval and automatically allow the username and password to be
transmitted over the unsecure connection?
