Live Messenger Intermittent Connection

Hello,
I'm running Windows Live Messenger 8.1 and can connect to the Messenger
service, view presence, send IMs, etc... all OK however the connection
regularly drops in and out. It auto-reconnects OK but it is frustrating.

I'm running Windows XP Media Center with Zone Alarm Security Suite Firewall.
Direct connection to ISP or via NAT router makes no difference.

Any ideas??

HI, I am having exactly the same problem, its driving me crazy....any
advice/help would be much appreciated!
