live mail

When you create a mail, on the icons bar below the subject line, click on 'A'
and you will see a palette of colours, just click on the one you want.
 
What I have just written is for Windows Mail, I think Widows Live Mail is in
another site.
 
Hi

Although the previous post is correct about changing font colours, if you
mean changing stationary, you'l find it in message, then New usng, then pick
your choice.
