when i click to open my live mail, the window closes automatically. why?

Do you have a pop-up stopping application installed? Norton Internet
Security contains such a feature as well. If you have such a program, try
disabling the feature or application and see if the messages open.

Agree. This worked for me, but don't know if Jeremy's prob is exactly like
mine was.
