I changed providers to Qwest. The install disk "recomended" installing Live
care. I did and now my computer takes FOREVER to sign on!!
I can go get a beer, have a danish, brush my teeth, use the toliet and it
still is not signed on.
Uninstall in add/remove freezes my computer. Where to go to uninstall this
pile of....?

Yes. I quite agree. Can you try and uninstall it in Safe Mode? Perhaps it is
freezing because of its running services. If the uninstaller won't run in
Safe Mode, maybe try manually shutting down its services first
(services.msc).

Otherwise, here are some support links:

Good luck,

Aplogies for not reading the entire post before responding.

Bad habit which wastes time and bandwidth.

Just one more thing, now since I have removed it, it still asks for my
username and password. I hit cancel and I go on without it. How do I remove
this annoying sign in pop up?

I've heard the same complaint from other MSN Partner subscribers, Joe. If
you want to use OneCare, best to purchase it and install the full standalone
version.

What make's the paid version work better than the free version? Live One is
Live One right??
