Listening Port

I am looking at changing the listening port of our
Terminal Server from 3389 to 80. I have done it in a test
environment and had no problems but, I have some concerns
about security.

I would appreciate any thoughts on this issue. Is it a
bad idea set the port to 80 ?

Why?
I already have problems with an SBS Server which has ISA Server and IIS both
wanting to use port 80, and IIS looses out to ISA so I have to tell users
that the intranet is at a.b.c:81
