Listener

I continually get this message trying to install any
webserver product:
OS 10048: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available; shutting down.

I am setting up a localhost for development/testing

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there something else listening on port 80? (I've made this mistake
before, so I figured I'd ask).
