list with details on file open

How do I setup Windows XP so that when you browse files
from a program or do a file open the window that comes up
will be in a detials mode.

I set XP to do this for all folders but it does not seem
to apply to this window.

Hi,
The common dialogs view is not customizable. Though you can customize the
places bar on the left through TweakUI. If you want to customize that, you
can download TweakUI from :
