List options not showing!? I am really frustrated with this Form!!

I have been working on this form template for some time now and you all have
been so helpful over the course of it! I am soooooo close to finishing
it...except for this ONE combobox that is driving me absolutely nutty!
Yesterday there was something within the coding that wouldn't allow me to
save the document once I had completed everything. So today I had to redo all
the work...and found a few little clitches...fixed those and was finally able
to save my work...unfortunately now all of the list items I had inputed into
ComboBox3 won't show when using the form. They are there in the Macro...but
not there when in the form. The other 2 combo boxes work fine...no issues...I
have tried to duplicate every little thing in those to make sure this one
works...and I still can't figure out why they aren't showing! Please someone
help! I need to get this dumb form done so I can move on!!!

Hi Leah,

Unfortunately, with the possible exception of those who helped you, no one has
any idea what's gone on before. So we have no idea what code you're talking
about, which version of Word is involved, or anything.

The correct place to get help on doing anything with coding is one of the
word.vba newsgroups.

Cindy,
You'll have to excuse my ignorance...I only found this discussion group by
accident and it has been EXTREMELY helpful! It was this group that led me to
the information regarding the ComboBoxes so I thought it would be this group
that would help me understand why one of them is not working in my form and
the other two are working fine!

Do you happen to have a link or path or something so I can speak with the
other group you mentioned to see if they can assist me!?
Thank you

Not a problem...

Here's a link to the beginners group for VBA. You'll find others in the list on
the left, under "Office Solutions Development/Word".

Be sure to include all pertinent information such as
1. Version of Word

2. Background on what your form is for and why you chose comboboxes (instead of
form field drop downs). Be sure to mention its a "form template" so that the
folks there don't think it's a UserForm ("dialog box")

3. The code people in this group have given you. Be sure to point out which
procedure (sub) and lines in the procedure don't yield the expected result.

Note: on re-reading your original message, one possible reason for what you're
seeing does occur to me. Check whether the NAME of the ComboBox control in the
Properties window is stil the same as the name of the combobox you address in
the code. If your document had problems Word might have recreated it using a
different name.
