List of Hotfixes and Security Updates since XP SP3 Release

I have been on here, off and on for the last couple of weeks, just following
the threads to learn more about the XP operating system. There was a thread
that mentioned a site that had a list of all releases since May when SP 3 was
released, like a dummy I didn't mark the site and now would like to get that
list.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Google does a great job for this kinda stuff.
Put in 'SP3 hotfix updates' and I get a few good ones.

But I'm not sure what you were looking at. There are sites like the
above that keep a patch file for people doing slipstreams. I just
loaded a PC last night with the basic Sp3 update and then went on line
to only get the 30 missing updates.
