List every object which appears once

In a table with many different entries, in both rows and columns, som
of which may appear only once, and others which appear many times, i
it possible to list (eg on another sheet) every entry which appears i
that table, but without listing any entry more than once? I suppose i
would be a bit like an index to the table.
