list control shows random codes

Hi,all

On my Simplified Chinese supported XPE platform, my program can show Chinese
word very well, except the Chinese words on title columns of the List
Control Box. I've add the Simplified Chinese Language Support component and
using the default settings. And I am sure the fonts and code pages including
GB2312 are added.

I am using XPE SP2. Thanks!
