list boxes

I created a list box by going to data - validation - selecting list - and
naming the list from another worksheet. The problem is I can only access
part of the list in the dropdown menu. I have the range on the worksheet
that contains the list set to around 500 entries. I can only display about
40. I'm using Excel 2002. Is there a way to be able to scroll down through
all of the entries on the list?
