How to: create an Access list box that allow selecting multiple items from
the list using XP
 
Create the list box, then under the properties of the list box go to the
"Other" tab and set the Multi Select option to either "Simple" (click on
each item you want to highlight from the list) or "Extended" (use ctl or
shift to select the items you want selected from the list)
