List Box used to filter a report in print preview, when make more than one selection it does not fil

Hi!

I have a filter form that I am using to filter a report in print
preview. On the form I have several list boxes for different
categories. I first had combo boxes, but then I was asked if the user
could filter by more than one selection for a particular category. I
then changed them to a list boxes. Now I can select one or more
selections for each category, but when I select more than one the
report is no longer filtered by the two selections I have made under
the employee name category for example. It does not filter anymore.
What do I need to do to get the list box to filter for the selections
made? Would this be done through code? I am not a programmer and don't
know how to even start writing it. Can you give me some guidance?
Would I use the ItemsSelected property? I need a better example than
the one Access 2003 provides in the Help.
