List all e-mail addresses in Contacts in excel

hi, is it possible to get all the contact e-mail addresses from outlook and
put them in a list in excel ??
 
Yes

Open Outlook and File>Import and Export.

Select Export to a File then follow your nose from there.

I'm not a very good coder, but the macro recorder may give you some lines to
work with?
