linksys wusb54g connection unavailable

I just got the linksys wireless g and installed it a few days ago. At first it worked fine and now it keeps saying connection unavailable. Their tech support couldn't do anything and told me to download everything and install it again. I did that and still no connection. Any suggestions ? I think I did get a new microsoft upgrade before this all started

Linksys support stinks, you might want to set your router back to the
defaults and then unplug your cable/DSL modem and then turn them back on and
see what happens.
