Hello...
I was relocating my PC yesterday and had to unplug my HP Photosmart Printer
from the PC...(which I have done many times before)...and when I went to
reload and re-intall the missing files in order to be able to use my printer
again, (which I have done before with no troubles) It tells me that Hewlet
Packard is not installed on this system, but there are left over files that
need to be removed...so I click on the appropriate button it calls for and it
looks as though the file uninstall method is starting, then comes to:
Linksys USB2.0 Netwark Adapter and stalls... it blankls out the Ok button
and shows no other button or method in which to stop that process.
So, I commemnce to put in the HP printer CD to install the software and
overwrite the existing files and as I connect the printer to a POWER SOURCE
as instructed, then connect the printer to a USB port as
instructed...suddenly I get a blue STOP ERROR screen that states:
Windows had to shut down to prevent any seriuos damage...yadda yadda,,,
And shows this info:
Tech Info...
Stop: OXOOOOOO7E (OXCOOOOOO5, OXF9CBCC26, OXF9E798FO, OXF9E795EC)
Part Mgr. Sys- F9CBCC26 base at F9CBAOOO
Date Stamp: 3B7DC5A7

I have to manually shut off the PC and unplug the Printer from my PC in
order for my windows to not shut down as seeing this error window.
Please advise?
This has never happened before.
Thank you so much and eny assistance would be greatly appreciated.
