Linkshare dll Problems with Visual Web Developer Express

So I downloaded the Express version of Web Developer to help out or Web
Developer on a large project. We are trying to setup payments with
LinkPoint. I brought in the LinkPoint dll and saved. But it doesn't
show up in the Object Explorer and the Intellisense. The web developer
can import it into his project just fine (using Visual Studio). I tried
it in MS Visual C# Express and imports just fine. Is there something in
the Express that causes this? Or should this be working?
