I am not able to use a link to a URL from anything other
than IE6. If I click a link from Outlook Express, say, I
get a blank I.E window with nothing in the address bar.
I am using my daughters PC which has a Spanish language
version of XP: my Spanish is not good enough to find
where I can correct this nuisance.
Help appreciated.

Roger --

Go to Start > Run and type: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL , and hit enter.
Click OK and reboot your computer.
Next, go to: IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Reset Web Settings.
