I show the links toolbar on the top of my screen. It holds folders, and
clicking on a folder shows a dropdown list of items, which are links to
specific websites. I'd like to do the same thing on my taskbar, using
folders to categorize shortcuts to applications. Only thing is that on the
taskbar, clicking on a folder opens the folder in a window instead of
showing a popup list of the contents. Is there a way to achieve the result
