Customized toolbar in the taskbar

I would like to be able to create a toolbar pointing to a folder (just
like you can do so manually, by right clicking on the taskbar and
selecting Toolbars->New toolbar), automatically (i.e. using the
registry or some other method - but not having to right click the
taskbar etc').

Where are these settings stored ?

How do I programmatically add a toolbar (which points to a specific

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear on my previous posts.

I would like to create a taskbar toolbar using code. I reckon that the
settings to do that is somewhere in the registry (I believe it is in
Binary).

How do I do that ?
