A few weeks ago, the facility to click on links in emails -- to take me
straight to a site -- stopping working in Microsoft outlook (using ISP
ntlworld). I have checked all my settings and cannot find anything wrong. NTL
dont want to know as they dont support home suers on Microsoft outlook,
preferring us to use Outlook Express which I dont like.

The links work find in mail from my alternative system Hotmail -- so what is
happing to Outlook? Where might the fault be -- I have checked the Bullguard
firewall and my internet settings etc. Also what is the mechanism CALLED that
makes the links work anyway???? HELP!!

Are you using Outlook 2003? With SP2? If so, and these links are in
messages that are in your Junk Email folder, this is normal, as it's a
security issue. To be able to use the links, you must move the
messages out of the Junk Email folder.

Thank you Sgt Rich!! Actually these messages are NOT in my junk mail folder
-- so any more ideas???! Sue
