Links slow in Outlook 2003 - HELP!

A very strange happening! All of a sudden in Outlook 2003 (WindowsXP) when I
go to a link, a little hand shows and it takes quite a while to connect to
that link. I have checked spyware and there are no problems - any
suggestions?
 
Open IE delete cookies, delete temporary internet files.
uninstall any other browser if you have installed
