links not working

Hey
In outlook express when a message diplays a link to an internet address the
link will not work. The same thing happens with some links in applications.
They just will not hook up . I recently had to reload xp home sp2 and may
have missed a setting. Help would be appreciated

Hi Bill,
Try this and let us know please.
Start the Command *RUN* and in the Text Box type-> regsvr32 urlmon.dll and
press OK.
Then Go to the Internet Explorer Icon on the desktop Right Click and select
Properties from the Sub-menu > Click the Programs Tab and click *Reset Web
Settings*
or on the IE window clcik Tools >> Internet Options >> Programs Tab and
click *Reset Web Settngs*.
